To ensure the quality of our service, we ask that you provide audio files that meet our requirements.

Accepted formats are WAV and AIFF with a minimum of 44.1khz, preferably 32 bits floating point.

Please do not apply a limiter to the master bus. 

For stem mastering, it is important that the stems are balanced. This means that if you set the volume to 0 on each stem in your software, you will get your mix as you created it.

We recommend that you take the necessary time to fine-tune your mix before sending it to us to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the final result.
